Clear advice before capital is committed

We engineer a record that corporate teams and investors can read. The aim is to show what the rocks support, what they do not, and what it would cost to find out.

Where an outside review earns its fee

A single unchecked assumption in a resource or a drill plan is expensive. These are the reviews we are asked to do before that happens.

Due diligence on a mineral asset

We read the vendor model against the underlying data: collars, assays, wireframes, classification, and the economic assumptions tied to them. The deliverable is a list of findings ranked by what they do to value, not a restatement of the seller's report.

Independent technical audit

Resource and reserve inputs are checked against JORC or NI 43-101 expectations. We look for missing QAQC, unsupported classification, and metal that exists in the table but not in the samples.

Drill programme review

Interim results are interpreted while the rigs are still turning. Holes that will not change the model are stopped. Holes that will close a material gap are moved up the queue.

From recent mandates

The acquisition review caught a classification problem in the copper belt dataset before the bid was final. We walked away from that asset.

They translated the geological metrics into a note the board could use. Drill metres dropped after the first review because low-information holes were cut.

Rigorous, and willing to say when the data does not support the story in the teaser. That is what we hired them for.
